The July analysis of the OPIS Bottom Line Report provides additional insight into offers observed in the downstream oil markets in the US at prices under the OPIS Terminal Rack Low.
In July, OPIS observed some offers at about 4.63cts/gal less than posted prices for gasoline, compared to the approximate 4.95cts/gal in June. Meanwhile reformulated gasoline buyers saw offers about half a cent higher than June, at around 3.98cts/gal. OPIS observed some diesel offers about 3.63cts/gal under the lowest posted prices, about the same as June.

In June, OPIS observed some offers at about 5.19cts/gal less than posted prices for gasoline, compared to the approximate 4.46cts/gal in May. OPIS observed some diesel offers of about 3.71cts/gal under the lowest posted prices, about a quarter of a cent lower than May.
